What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

RETURNS


At Soöruz, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item(s) under the following conditions:

Standard Return Window
  • Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • During holiday seasons, we may extend the return period up to 60 days.
  • Some sale or “final sale” items are not eligible for return.
Condition of Returned Items
  • Products must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • We cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, altered, or returned without tags.
  • Wetsuits or technical gear that show signs of use may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Return Shipping Costs
  • Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.
  • For mail-in returns, we offer a prepaid return label for a flat fee of $5–$7, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • In-store returns (if applicable) are free of charge.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Where are your products manufactured?
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
  • Please allow 7–10 business days after we receive your return for processing.
  • During peak seasons, processing may take up to 3 weeks.
  • Refunds may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear in your bank account.
Exchanges
  • We do not process automatic exchanges.
  • If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order for the desired product and return the original item following this policy.
Exceptions
  • “Final sale” or heavily discounted items are non-returnable.
  • Returns without original proof of purchase may not be accepted.
  • For returns initiated more than one year after purchase (if accepted), refunds may only be issued as store credit.
How to Start a Return

  • Log in to your account and go to “My Orders.”
  • Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the prompts.
  • Print your prepaid return label (if available) or ship the item back using your preferred carrier.
  • Keep your tracking number until your return is processed.
