Refund policy
🇺🇸 Return Policy – Soöruz
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to start a return

Returns should be sent to:

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions.
Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
- Return shipping (to Soöruz) is covered by the customer
- Reshipping costs (in case of exchange) are covered by Soöruz
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on:
- Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care items (cosmetics, hygiene)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
To ensure you receive the correct item quickly:
- Return the original item
- Once accepted, place a new order separately
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
